"For a five-star hotel, there should have been more staff helping at check-in. There were people who had problems with their rooms or their bills, and they held up check-in for others. Nightlight in the bathroom going on and staying on for less than a minute isn’t helpful if you get up in the middle of the night and need more time in there. Dinner was excellent, and the waiters were superb. Everything else was very nice. Good location, and extremely helpful concierge."

"We stayed here for a quick overnight to see a concert at BC Place. Which was only a 10-15 mins walk downtown. We booked a compact room, which is what it was. No need for the extra space, just a place to rest our heads. It was clean, had coffee, clean towels. Washroom is European compact style, if you’re familiar with those it was absolutely fine … if not you may be a little surprised, my husband was. The room was relatively quiet except for the bed which was quite squeaky (but we got in very late so the party crowd on Granville was dying down). All in all it was nice experience and good price point noting the expensive options in the area. I would stay here again."
