"Our favorite Chicago hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the city, dining, and walking. My only complaint is that the condition of the pool was not nearly as clean and clear as usual. "

"What a beautiful hotel! The customer service was impeccable! Lilly was at the front desk and was amazing answering all of your questions. The staff makes you feel at home. This hotel has the best vibe with people connecting with others at the bar. The bartenders were amazing and can make any drink. The location was convenient to the beach and Navy Pier. You can walk to just about anywhere. I could go on and on about how great this place was and I will definitely be back soon! This hotel is a 10/10!!!Love it!"

"I loved the view from my room. Everything was great except the parking situation. 80 to 90$ a day to park so add that into your stay if you’re on a budget like me. Nice big tv’s. "
