"It took two hours for us to enter the property as there was a failure with the locking system and the code to open the door. We finally got in using a key we got from a lock box. There is a major ant infestation on the front deck. There are also ants in the kitchen. We did not have access to paper products so we had to provide our own including toilet paper.
