Had gift certificates to redeem which the front staff were not trained on how to apply them. They were kind and apologized for taking so long to check us in. Very convenient to take transit from airport $3pp. Walking distance to Pikes Market and the Waterfront. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Everything was great. Except the little girl that was hostess at the bar that told us they were full when there was a total of 7 people In the whole place. We spent a lot of money to have to eat and drink somewhere else
