"When we arrived at the airport I called for a shuttle to pick us up, I was told a driver was on his way, we waited for almost an hour for him to arrive. I called the hotel 3x to inquire about the shuttle and was told rudely “he is on his way”. Clearly, he was not in any hurry. By the time he got to the airport several other guests were waiting and were equally upset about the delay. We went to the hotel restaurant and were told they couldn’t seat us. Seems this location is understaffed"

"Honestly was not thrilled by the initial impression driving in, but I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was welcoming and polite. I needed a 3am ride to the airport and they were ready to handle it. Honestly you could walk, but the neighborhood was a little sketch. All in all, it was a clean room in great proximity to the airport and I had zero complaints."

"We stayed for a concert at Marymoor and were so impressed with this hotel! This will be our regular accommodations for our concert weekends! Clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff!"
