"I found hairs on the bathroom wall. It would also be nice if the hotel updated the curtains and room furniture. Before booking this hotel, I looked at the pictures and was especially impressed by the bellboys wearing uniforms similar to the traditional guards in England. This gave me the impression that the hotel was classy and luxurious. However, the reality was disappointing. The bellboys were wearing polo shirts instead of the elegant uniforms shown in the pictures. I was disappointed...

"Loved the property, shuttle was great. Front seat was helpful. Restaurant offered a great late meal and a great breakfast. They did not offer a shuttle to the cruise terminal although the web said it was available. Called uber easy fix."

"Hotel is in a great location! Easy to restaurants and activities. Room was extremely quiet on the 11th floor. The only thing I couldn’t find was a gift store and thought the café area needed more options for late night snacks otherwise a great hotel and would stay again."
