"We stayed one night at Leonardo Heathrow before a morning flight. The location was extremely convenient, as was booking transport to the airport. It is clearly a busy hotel and the room was a bit worse for wear. But it was clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast buffet. Most importantly, after our stay we realized my daughter had left behind a beloved stuffed animal. I was able to get in touch with staff who was extremely helpful in locating the toy, holding it for us for over a month, packaging and coordinating pickup, and staying in communication. That meant so much!"

"The hotel is centrally located in relationship to the London Heathrow airport. Taking the Happa hotel bus was easy to the location. You can buy your tickets in advance. The Holiday Inn rooms were comfortable and clean. We ate lunch and a small dinner. The food was acceptable. Prices are high due to the exchange rate when compared to American money. That is to be expected and was not a deal killer. There are also is an express bus on the half hour from the hotel directly to terminal two and three.I found this to be extremely convenient. I don’t believe this is your normal holiday and it seems to be a step up. I would definitely book this again. "

"Lovely hotel. We only stayed for a night before a flight, but it was clean and easy walking distance of Hayes for food. An easy drive to Heathrow, and a more relaxing experience than the usual airport hotels with friendly staff. We left before breakfast so can't comment on that. The only downside was that our room was right next to reception so if noisy guests arriving late may wake you up, you might want to request a room further away. "
