"Booked this property for my family vacation of 12 people for 8 nights in September 2024. The check-in process was easy - I received the details a few days before check-in and getting into the property was fine. "This owner is very irresponsible. They canceled their VRBO as a rental and have a full time family in there. We showed up from the USA with no place to stay. I had to be on the phone with VRBO a total over over 3 hours to not be homeless on our stay. We got a hold of the owners sister and she yelled at us and told us we made the mistake!! Renter Beware"

"Lovely hotel. We only stayed for a night before a flight, but it was clean and easy walking distance of Hayes for food. An easy drive to Heathrow, and a more relaxing experience than the usual airport hotels with friendly staff. We left before breakfast so can't comment on that. The only downside was that our room was right next to reception so if noisy guests arriving late may wake you up, you might want to request a room further away. "
