"Staff were friendly. Location was convenient. Room was average in condition at best, the laminate floor was swollen and very noisy, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, meaning this created a health and safety risk. The bathroom was not very clean, dirty grout, cracked floor tile, corroded fixtures and something brown smeared on the tiles. "

"Lovely clean and modern although basic. Could have done with a mirror in the room so I didn’t have to use the shared bathroom and hold other guests up. You do hear the trains but that didn’t bother us at all. Would stay again. "

"This accommodation is very basic. The room has damaged walls and doors, decoration is terrible."

"Clean, Comfy room, continental breakfast was a bit on the cheap side, we ended up having an excellent breakfast in the pub restaurant, room was really nice "

"Bit of a delay booking in due being new owners. Overall room and location were ideal for what we wanted. Host were pleasant. "

"Excellent for the purpose and convenience to the airport terminals and local amenities. "

"Quiet neighborhood, and relatively close to public transit. Checking in was easy. Had to share both bathrooms with other guests, sometimes it gets a bit tricky. Had some minor issues with mirror and toilet seat in one of the bathrooms. Mirror was added within 48 hours. Overall, great value for the money!"
