"Our stay was nice, but I was charged for my room in addition to being charged by Expedia. The hotel said the fixed the issue, but when I went to check out and asked for a receipt of the changes made the two front desk people said they had no record of changes made and seemed very aloof about helping me get a receipt. Over all nice stay…I just wish the staff was a little more helpful in getting my extra charges worked out. "
