"We checked in after a long drive to find the WiFi wouldn’t work so the kids couldn’t watch tv, the property manager told us this is an ongoing issue he doesn’t know why owner hasn’t fixed issue. The towels and sheets were in the washer still dirty- we didn’t realize until my daughter went to take a shower. The shower is fancy but had a serious leak onto the floor which we spent an hour cleaning up waiting for help from the property manager who never followed up. Evolve the rental company also...
