"Staff was great"

"The house was lovely. The decor fit with the age of the house and was tastefully done. The breakfast was good. Our room and bathroom were clean. The area was really nice. It is close to Franciscan University of Steubenville."

"listen i don’t usually leave reviews, but this hotel really has improved. last time i was there it was awful, so i was hesitant to stay again, but i heard it had some renovations and improvements. and it absolutely did!! it was very clean, well maintained, modern, cozy! i would stay again!"

"Great location right off of the interstate. However, it didn't feel like that was the case. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area. There was also an outdoor area with a fire pit that we enjoyed in the evening. I will be staying at this location the next time I am in Wheeling."

"Room was clean and back side of building so quiet. Staff was friendly and ample parking."

Only 1 person working and dealing with "player card" issuing and questions + hotel guests. Worse - 1 or 2 other people just hanging out watching instead of offering to assist. Also, quite slow service in restaurant. It's a bit isolated relative to rest of town. It has bar / restaurants but a bit...
