"We stayed for 4 nights and never received cleaning service. We asked on the day it should have been done and a guy was working by himself on a Friday night and it was so busy. He did bring us garbage bags and towels and said we would have our room cleaned first thing in the morning. That did not happen. We asked twice and never got our room cleaned. Garbage cans are tiny so garbage was overflowing. Towels were piled up in the corner in the bathroom. We most not have been the only ones because...

"The entire lobby, fitness center, breakfast room were under going renovations and looked horrible. The staff appeared put out by our arrival, were not professional, wore jeans and t-shirt, did not acknowledge the condition of the place. I was appalled. The elevator did not work consistently. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is that the room itself was decent. However, AC was not cold, no coffee or tea service in the room. Shower was good, it was clean. We could have overlooked the renovations...
