"We had some odd issues with our room. The outlets wouldn't hold any plugs and one of them that did, arched when we plugged in a charger. The whole room was oddly arranged. It is definitely not an ideal layout overall and I really hope all of the rooms arent like ours. The shelf for the TV was precarious and it took up most of the desk space. The bathroom floor was cracked down the middle. The tiles were raised to a peak so that you couldn't open and close the door properly. It seems the...

"Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Pool and hot tub area was very relaxing. There was also an outdoor area with a fire pit that we enjoyed in the evening. I will be staying at this location the next time I am in Wheeling."

"Room was clean and back side of building so quiet. Staff was friendly and ample parking."

"Staff was great"

"We had trouble with the lack of signs to get to the zoo and had to detour numerous times due to Christmas lights going up in Oct."

"Good stay. Helpful and friendly staff."

"It's a nice casino property - clean, spacious rooms with key features; clean bathroom in good shape, comfortable beds - at a very good price. All staff were polite. Very slow check-in / check-out. Only 1 person working and dealing with "player card" issuing and questions + hotel guests. Worse - 1 or 2 other people just hanging out watching instead of offering to assist. Also, quite slow service in restaurant. It's a bit isolated relative to rest of town. It has bar / restaurants but a bit...

"Everything was top notch"

"Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast...BUT ; the internet was abysmally slow (for the front desk also), the advertised restaurant was closed and the location made it such that it was difficult to easily find an alternative in the dark."

"Great location right off of the interstate. However, it didn't feel like that was the case. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area. This was a one-night stay for us as we were passing through, so we didn't get to explore the area much outside of the immediate area. We will definitely stay there again."
