"Clean room, bed and pillows on the softer side, friendly staff, and a beautiful small pool and saunas on the rooftop. The gym is in the basement and is very basic, with one whole-body resistance training machine, one elliptical, one treadmill, one stationary bike, and one pair of dumbbells (not kidding). The hotel entrance itself is tucked away in a quieter courtyard, but the surrounding street area nearby is very busy, with people loitering around, somewhat dirty, and has a few sketchy spots and businesses. However, it’s a very convenient location, within walking distance of the U-Bahn, Munich’s main pedestrian shopping area around Stachus (10-minute walk) and Marienplatz (20-minute walk), as well as great restaurants and cafés."

"Upon check-in the room did not match the category that was reserved and paid for. I had booked a premium room with a view. The view was a construction site and not the city view. When I highligted this to the Reception, I was advised the view is subject to availability. I explained my concern & kept giving me the same explanation, the view is subject to availability!!"

"The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. The hot tub however was like a lukewarm bath. We did enjoy the location and all sites were in reasonable walking distance. Munich is a lovely city. Very impressed. "

"The room was very clean and quiet despite being very close to the Hauptbanhof. One can take S1 or S8 from Munich airport and you can literally walk to the hotel front in minutes. Spa facility was included in our fare. Their IsarBar makes fabulous cocktails so definitely worth it. It's walking distance to the old town, a few museums and beer gardens nearby. The only negative for me personally is that the pillows were very floppy so if you need firmer one, remember to ask the staff."

"Staff are pleasant and helpful. Each room from our group had dirty carpets and other furnishings with large spots left uncleaned. Breakfast price is ridiculous as is the hotels dynamic pricing structure surrounding events in the city. Hotel is situated near the UBahn which was a good option to use during our stay. "

"Comfortable stay, staff were always very friendly and said hello when you walked by. Only downside was no AC and the street is VERY loud on the weekends. Haha But I don't hold that against the hotel at all! Also loved the big bathtub, was nice to relax at the end of a long day. Into suggestion would be to add still water to the room instead of sparkling. Would stay here again if I'm back in Munich. "
