"We were there for 3 nights. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. When we arrived, we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work. A phone call to reception and our problem was solved immediately. The member of staff told us immediately what the problem was. Breakfast choices were excellent. Restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was ideally located for eating out annd was opposite the main railway station which suited us very well as we were travelling to our next destination by train. I would certainly stay there again."

"Staff were warm and friendly,always willing to help and give information as and when needed. Rooms are excellent,really comfy bed,fridge and so clean and tidy. Also asked for a quiet room 604 that we had previously stayed in and the receptionist had no hesitation in giving us the room. Great place all round."

"The location was very nice and near a subway line. The room was well-maintained and clean. My room was in the back of the building, and it was very quiet. It is a staff-less hotel, but questions were quickly answered over WhatsApp. All good. The hotel is committed to sustainability, which I believe is a very good thing, but there was no separate recycling bin for takeout coffee cups. And since the room did not have a kettle or coffee machine, I accumulated several. (When I asked over WhatsApp, the answer I received was to put them in the regular trash.) The hiccup was that the Hotels.com reservation system and the hotel's reservation system did not communicate well. When I eventually telephoned hotel support about arrival instructions (key access with phone, etc.), they could not find my reservation. It was eventually sorted out, but it raised concerns that I did not actually have a place to stay."
