This is an old-style, small hotel. It's well-located, just a few blocks from the park and the city center. I found it too expensive for what it has to offer, but Munich is a very expensive city. Breakfast was good.
We stayed at hotel Adria during Oktoberfest because it was close by some family in Munich and while it was pricey for what we got, this was because we were paying a premium for the time of year. Every hotel was very expensive for the week we stayed. The staff was wonderful, the room was clean and quiet, the shower had good water pressure which is not always a given, and we really enjoyed our stay here!
Near everything I wanted to be-walkable to all Munich town points of interest and easy access to all U-Bahn to München HbF. Quiet area too… I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN (the room we had was HUGE and roomy compared to other hotels we stayed in in Europe…
The train from the airport stops off at the Isator/Marienlatz stations which are quite close. Really close to historic Munich. The reception staff spoke English and were very helpful. In a really nice neighbourhood. In the breakfast room I enjoyed the photos of the glamorous European actors who have previously stayed.
The room was very clean. The bathroom was very large with a deep tub for a bath or shower. The location is nice a few blocks from the subway station. There is no AC but a good ceiling fan and it was comfortable in the first week of October. It is very close to English Garden and shops nearby.
Everything was great. Beds were wonderful, breakfast was also excellent. The most unique thing was getting the elevator. You have to walk up 1/2 a flight of stairs or walk down 1/2 a flight. Rather strange.

Pretty bare bones and spartan. In room fridges and teapot. Some faucet handles were loose and the towel bar was bent. Slept comfortably and there were chairs etc to sit on. Great view from 5 th floor. It was very convenient to a bakery and the u Bahn.
Paid for breakfast one day and it was very good with a nice variety of food.
This hotel has a great location and very helpful (and multi-lingual) staff. We are traveling with our two adult sons and the room for four had one queen size and two twins, which was nice as they didn’t have to share. The breakfast is good with a lot of options. Great place, all around.

Front staff helpful, to get to elevator half flight of steps — decent breakfast, room pretty basic
Our rooms were excellent and we all enjoyed the breakfast. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood which was a short walk to the beautiful English Garden. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is situated about a 10 minute flat walk from Lehel metro station which connects into the main station.
The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, polite and professional.
The rooms are clean and spacious with tea and coffee making facilities.
Highly recommended.
