Great location very close to Hauptbahnhof, trams, Old Town, tour departures etc although it's not the nicest area. Very friendly staff. Great room size and amenities. It didn't bother me however if you like to sleep in silence the rumbling of trams is quite loud all night long. I'd definitely stay there again.

The room is clean and quiet. Shower is great and clean. It is well located and you can walk to downtown. This is a design hotel and it is great to see painting decorating the hallways and art on the room. It enhances the stay experience.

Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room, BUT, it was so noisy outside I could not sleep. Even with the shutters closest I could hear conversations and partying on the street late into the night. The hotel should have been clear that it is extremely noisy!!! Never again

Staff was lovely. Property was well maintained. The breakfast was confusing. Received lots of complementary stuff as hotel.com premium members, but there was no conditioner in the shower. Not a disaster, but had to run out and buy conditioner. Overall would recommend.
