Modern clean hotel. They use hydration stations and are supposed to supply glass bottles, They ran out of bottles the first day. They claim to have a one day laundry service. I called the front desk and was told they would pick it up. I returned from dinner to find their Cheap paper laundry bag still sitting in the hall. I called again and was told I needed to bring it to the front desk before 9:00 am. I dropped the laundry off at 7:30 am I returned the next morning to pick it up at the front desk. At first there couldn’t find it. Then I saw the half shredded paper bag with my dirty laundry still sitting on the floor .

Modern, clean rooms with decent amenities. No milk in the room - only creamer, but a grocery store and bakery downstairs. Staff were great and very helpful for all of our requests. Good location for transport, between the city centre and the airport with an underground station just outside. Restaurants in walking distance too.
