"Great place to stay a short journey from Carlisle. Our second stay here. Room was fine, bed was comfy, shower was excellent and amenities like a Nespresso machine with pods were good touches. We also enjoyed a nice dinner in the pub."

"Traditional and slightly dated hotel. The accommodation was more than adequate and the food and service excellent. Its proximity to Keswick town centre is a bonus, especially as parking is free. After checkout we were told we could leave our car on the premises for the rest of the day if we so wished. "
Carlisle Station Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by BW
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is in a great location, near rail and bus stations. The room was spacious and had hairdryer, iron, ironing board, fan etc. The toiletries provided were lovely. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful."
"Lovely welcome at check in.
This is more of a guest house style than a modern ‘hotel’ and has decor/styling that reflects this, but all areas were very clean and tidy.
The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and had good storage and tea/coffee facilities.
Clean linen and nice towels. Lovely hot shower.
Super view from the window over a couple of streets and beyond to the hills/mountains.
All the staff we saw were friendly, attentive and hard working (but not rushing around and making things stressy).
Breakfast was very well cooked, tasty, fresh and good quality ingredients.
A few minutes walk to the centre of town and the park.
We would definitely book here again for a future visit to Keswick.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grange. The staff made us feel very welcome. The rooms were spotless and clean, the best we’ve stayed in since travelling through the UK. We would highly recommend this accommodation. The breakfast was very good as well."
"Basic affordable accomodation. A bit tired but everything worked - great shower, TV, tea & coffee, hairdryer. There's a table tennis room for guests too, but we were too tired to give it a go sadly. A 15 minute walk from town centre."
