Only disappointment was breakfast time was different than what is listed both here and on their website. We had to leave before breakfast started which made the value a little less. "POSITIVES: The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The television had a nice selection of programs to watch. I appreciated how quiet it was at nighttime. I also appreciated that the water actually got hot. We loved the Kuring Coffee maker & Quality of Coffee in the room was very good. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: The Internet connection was very poor. Did not work most of the time. We had to use our phones instead of being able to use a tablet or laptop. The towels were rough, like sand paper, I would suggest bringing your own. The shower was super short even for me at 5’4” and especially for my spouse who is over 6’ Tall. There was no soap dish in the bathroom for you to put soap in by the sink. I am not sure if it was the body wash or lack of water pressure but it took a long amount of time to rinse the soap off in the shower. There was no hair conditioner for women, this is a must! There are no charging ports available in the room for modern electronics. (We brought one that plugged into the lamp, which worked well). However, one of the lights in the lamp kept flickering like it was about to go out. Not much of a variety for the complimentary breakfast but “The Store”, in Anacortes, Has a lovely bakery selection! THE JACUZZI Was a bit of a surprise. It was Pink and a much Older Model than expected. However, it is very deep, large, and did the job. Robes were too small for a 6’ man. It would have been nice to have some bath salts to add. "
