The front desk attendant was very supportive and tried multiple times to diagnose the problem but couldn't resolve it. Initially, I was very disappointed. However, Katelyn, the manager, called me and resolved the issue by reimbursing me the difference in price. I give this hotel a 5-star review for their excellent customer service."
