Excellent property and location.I asked the front desk clerk to have my room serviced the second day but she did not. She was not the friendliest person for the first greeting. The bartender and food were great!

Great stay! Clean, comfortable bed,spacious room. Used pool and hot tub which was very clean. Appreciate mini fridge and Keurig. but did not enjoy the choice of coffee pods!Check in staff was efficient.Did not try the restaurant. Great location would stay again!

The rooms were very clean. Beds comfortable and complimentary coffee in the morning was great. Coffee was set up in lobby. I used the fitness room. One treadmill working and the other not. No time to use pool or hot tub but they looked nice.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. We booked a room with a hot tub, and while we really enjoyed it, we found it a bit small for two people. It also would have been nice if bubble bath had been provided so we could fully enjoy the experience. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you for the excellent service!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast service is great and the server staff is very responsive. The hotel lobby ambiance is nice - however the rooms were below standards. The moment you enter the room there is very noticeable smell emerging from a very old carpet or peeling wall paper. There was no in-room safe to keep your valuable and you have to carry them around. The closet sliding door was off track (inoperable) and access to the iron board was totally blocked. The elevators were jolty - There were multiple (false) fire alarms those forced the guest to evacuate the building. The on site gym is very limited in workout options. The hotel is close to a theater (Cineplex) and some really good restaurants 😋

Spent a night to go see a Jays’ game. Took Go Train in to Toronto. Best way to get there! Hotel close to Appleby Go. Hotel is great and breakfast in morning is a benefit!
