"The hotel was good and the staff helpful and friendly. It is sited on a retail park away from the centre, with adjacent retail stores. The adjacent building is boarded up and in decay which gives a poor impression. The hotel is clean internally. Outside parking area and the path to retail units is strewn with rubbish, which needs attention by whoever is responsible"

"The parking is good but would benefit from a couple of electric charge points being added. Great staff and nice clean rooms. As per my last stay, the room was stone cold and even though there is a radiator, you can’t control the heating within the room. There also should be a bottle of water in the room. Quite nice evening meal and a OK breakfast."
