"Room was comfortable and spacious, well decorated and had all the facilities i needed. The air con unit didn't work though, which was a slight let down as the first night was very warm and i couldn't open the windows. the breakfast was excellent, although not the biggest variety, it was well cooked and delicious. The staff were friendly and the onsite restaurant was good. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself. When I arrived I was a bit anxious and overwhelmed with sensory things and I was bombarded with so much info all at once. When I explained to the receptionist I had ADHD and struggles with information all at once and she still continued being really fast. So I panicked quite a bit about where to go and what to do. It would be nice to have someone actually show me what to do rather than tell me. "
