Es ist mir und sicher auch anderen Gästen sehr unangenehm, sichtbare Hinterlassenschaften in der Toilette hinterlassen zu müssen. Außerdem finde ich auch, dass man das dem Reinigungspersonal ersparen könnte. "

"I discovered this hotel two years ago when needing somewhere to stay after moving my Nephew into his student accommodation! First impressions really do count as every time I come to visit him in Birmingham, THIS is the hotel we choose! From the very first visit we were made to feel so welcome & relaxed. The hotel is immaculate, food fantastic, the rooms spacious & again super clean! All the staff are amazing! My most recent visit July 2025 I was back to stay after having emptied my Nephews flat! We were shattered but we were able to come back here & just relax & switch off! My Nephew will be going into his third year at University September 2025 so we will be back very soon when we are down moving him in again! "Located about 20 minutes walk from the event I was attending at The Flapper pub. Also, only 20 minutes walk from New Street station coupled with the cost made this an ideal place to stay. If you are attending the O2 Academy then this would be a fantastic location."
