"Lovely home in a great spot and quiet neighborhood. Tons of space, easy access with coded entries to garage, front door, and lower entryway. Summit Rentals was responsive to questions and maintenance requests as well. Hot tub was great, perfect for the cool summer nights in Breckenridge. The kitchen was well stocked, and served all the cooking needs we had. Easy access to hiking and biking trails too."

"We just stayed one night and the property was great. A very short walk to the pool/hot tubs as well as Maggies Pond and downtown. The owner was super responsive and very pleasant. Would for sure recommend this property for your stay in Breckenridge and Summit County!"

"This cabin is older, and it shows, but it was the perfect size for our group and had everything we needed. It is located close enough to everything there is to do, but in a very quiet location. We went for walks through the neighborhood after dinner and enjoyed the back deck in the mornings with coffee. The loft area is great for a group of kids, and the water pressure was divine! My only complaint is that the rental company required a third-party processing of payment. I use VRBO for the peace of mind, convenience, and cash back I receive. The communication about this was not in the listing and wasn't clear in their messages. They did check in on us, though, to see if we needed anything."

This condo was centrally located while still seeming very private, with views of trees and no upstairs neighbors. The hosts provided very thorough communications prior to check-in, making the process feel seamless. "
