"Location was 9 minutes to Breckenridge gondola parking lot. Easy access from main road, 1/10th of a mile. No major hill climbs with vehicles (important during the snow season). Had substantial snow fall during the night, side road was plowed in early morning before leaving at 7:30 AM. House was clean, everything was functional. Jacuzzi, Bar-B-Q, clean & operational. If you need to rent equipment, love the peeps at Base Mountain Sports on Main, it’s right by the Gondola so you could drop off your equipment your last day."

"This place Is a prime location, just blocks of Main Street, and peak 9! The communication with the owner or property manager was superb. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the very high ceilings! "We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town."

"The 2 queen room worked well for my son and I. Beds were comfy and kitchenette made it easy to prep a simple breakfast. It would be tight for a family of 4. Location is great on shuttle close to town and gondola. but a bit of road noise on the west side."
