"This is a beautiful old warehouse, which was quiet and comfortable. We felt we could come and go as we pleased. We didnt use any on site facilities, but it all looked clean and vibrant. The bed was comfy, just lacked some instructions to work the oven/microwave. Overall an excellent base to explore Manchester."

The reception team were amazing at trying to address the issues and eventually moved us to a different room (as they were unable to resolve the TV issue). On arrival at the second room (which was in much better condition) we could see some other items were obviously not right / missing from the first room - presumably where they had been broken or...

"It’s in the middle of Liverpool one, so there are a lot of shops are restaurants within minutes which was very nice! The hotel itself was good. Easy check in/check out process. We had an issue with our shower, but the lady at the front desk was swift in contacting maintenance. It was fixed by the time we returned from dinner. The main road is quite noisy, but they have double pained windows that do a good job of blocking out the noise. It is very close to the train station, about a 5-7 minute...

"The location is great, near some good pubs and restaurants and Piccadilly station a 10 minute walk. Check in was great. Bed was comfortable, shower good and the kitchen facilities whilst no oven were very useful. The shutters on the windows did look good, but let in quite a bit of light early in the mornings. Staff friendly and the croissants and coffee very welcome in the mornings. Very satisfied."
