Excellent access to downtown Manchester!

Location was excellent with short walks to trains or trams, and a close location to museums, night life, and restaurants. Not the cleanest or in the best shape, but ok, and the staff was incredible! Very helpful and easy to work with. Good breakfast if you like coffee and croissants- the croissants were amazing!

Ground floor room - quite noisy. Next to a cupboard - possibly a cleaners cupboard very loud banging and clanging early morning while trying to sleep. Strange smell in room- there was a plug in air freshener in the room so suspect this was a problem that was already known about. Not my usual experience with “rooomzz” so unfortunately would not stay here again.

This room is locally very centrally to the train station, restaurants and bars. The check in was easy and staff were friendly. The room was spacious snd clean. The only thing we didnt like was being on the ground/first floor, the windows are just above head height, but buses are passing and stopping outside constantly

The location is great, near some good pubs and restaurants and Piccadilly station a 10 minute walk. Check in was great. Bed was comfortable, shower good and the kitchen facilities whilst no oven were very useful. The shutters on the windows did look good, but let in quite a bit of light early in the mornings. Staff friendly and the croissants and coffee very welcome in the mornings. Very satisfied.

Was a great night away for me and my fiancee, everywhere was lovely and clean with a greya reception when we arrived. Breakfast was very nice with a selection of pastries, fruit and drinks. Would definitely recommend if looking for parking although it can be busy I'd suggest piazza q park just dont pre pay for your tickets as you get a discount through the hotel itself.

Great hotel and location. Odd bathroom issue.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay as a family of 4. The hotel itself is lovely, and is in a great location. The room was spacious, and well equipped, beds were really comfortable and we all slept well. The included breakfast was also nice, great pastries and coffee, as well as fruit, juice, yoghurts and porridge. The only slightly odd downside that I had to take a point off for was a glass bathroom door which looked more like a shower door, with minimal frosted patterning. Given the bathroom was also situated in the middle of the room with 4 of us in it, it basically meant we had no bathroom privacy at all. We would happily stay there again but preferably not that particular room.

No free patking

I booked this stay due to staying in Roomzz in Leeds and having g a great experience, it’s location in Manchester but more importantly because it said it had free parking. I called the reception the morning of my stay to confirm where the free parking was located and was told ‘across the road from the apartments’. When I arrived I couldn’t find the parking so pulled up and went in to ask and was informed by reception that there was no free parking, it cost me £32 to park for just under 24 hours. I found this very disappointing given that the free parking was the main reason for me booking this stay. The apartments and friendliness of the staff are great, but I would not have booked this given the cost to park.

Overall nice hotel, perfectly pleasant free coffee machine and fruit good location, but if you would like to get in early like an early checkin and even offer them money in exchange and they have a room empty and clean they will not give it to you. It is just their policy. It won’t matter if you just flew in from across the Atlantic you will have to wait till 1:00 pm and pay a fee for one pm checkin mind you. Didn’t make sense to me!
