Parking was close by (very short walk) and we were within walking distance of just about everything downtown. Would definitely stay here again. "

The place has a lovely modern yet homely feel and it feels a little luxurious without the high price tag or pretentiousness. "Welcome was friendly and as we were early the team were able to secure our bags whilst we awaited our room to become available. The interior is great and has held many of the decorative features from the original building. Even though situated in a busy area our room on the first floor was quiet and we did not get any disturbance from outside. The room was clean and the small kitchenette area had everything we could have wanted if we were staying longer than out 3 days. The only issue we had is...

"The location is great, near some good pubs and restaurants and Piccadilly station a 10 minute walk. Check in was great. Bed was comfortable, shower good and the kitchen facilities whilst no oven were very useful. The shutters on the windows did look good, but let in quite a bit of light early in the mornings. Staff friendly and the croissants and coffee very welcome in the mornings. Very satisfied."

"Very central location. It IS right in the centre of Liverpool’s party zone which was fine for us! Beds were comfy, plenty of towels etc. it would be good to have some temperature control in the apartment and It would be useful to list the apartment numbers on each corridor door so you know which one to go through!
