"Very clean and maintained rooms. The breakfast was great and the staff was helpful."

"We really enjoyed this unique train-themed property."

"I have stayed 2 nights, one new building and the other old building. The new building is clean and spacious but old one is with insects and exterior looks not maintained good enough. Overall, the hotel is hidden in a small town called Sturbridge and not many of people aware. I would recommend this one if you're on the way Boston/NY and need a place to stay .. Specially so many of retired people I see in the hotel.. I would say this hotel is Good 👍 Overall And coffee and breads 🍞 are...

"Breakfast at Visions Restaurant was very good; all you can eat buffet style for $17 per person. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Room was pleasantly big compared to chain sizes. Very very quiet. Price was exceptional for what you’re given, believe me. Nice big bathroom too! We had a king size bed. It could be more comfortable. I’ll give the bed a 3 / 5 for comfort, as my wife has bad knees and you get my point. I had no issues. Otherwise a very lovely experience and yes, my wife said she...

"Nice, clean, pet friendly room. Off the main highway but close enough to everything. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when in the area."

"The hotel is undergoing renovations right now but they had a good breakfast and the staff was friendly."

"The wifi isn't that good on the second floor of the building. Phone and internet service is already poor in the area. The place could do with a good redesign and better heating. It wasn't cold during the day but it was cold at night but the heat wasn't on and I couldn't turn it on. The owner is the only staff member and she's there for a limited time so if you have any issues that you need addressed, then it's best to approach her when she's there. It wasn't a bad stay but the TVs only worked if...

"This was a perfect stay. Room was clean, temps were great, breakfast was fantastic! I’ve never had a continental breakfast with so many options! Overall just wonderful stay!"

"Highly recommend"
