"Room was clean and fresh. The staff genuinely and ready. The tv had some sort of ghost and turned itself on and off by itself. I had to unplug it at 4am. The fellow sent to check it out said the controller boxes were malfunctioning often. He replaced it and all was well."

"Most hotels have bar soap for the bathroom. I was told there was none. We had to use the body wash from the shower. The breakfast buffet was not worth it. ($19.50 per person) There was hardly anything in the pans. We were told stuff was coming, but we didn’t wait. (They were not busy). Be aware there is not much parking. Your car might be put on a lift in the lot. The hotel was very clean & quick check in."

"It’s a wonderful stop, I always stay on my first and last night on visiting my sister in Connecticut, also a great place if visiting the area, very easy to visit New York City. Free shuttle bus to any terminal & sky train to Train station for Amtrak & local journeys"

"This Hilton was in a good location, but was a bit outdated. The staff were not the most welcoming upon check-in, and I had to take the elevator to multiple floors to locate a working ice machine. The room was clean and provided decent toiletries. So, overall I would rate it as a 3.5/5."
