"Wonderful place to stay. Seems newly renovated and exceptionally clean. Ideal if you are looking for 2 bedrooms, Lounge and kitchen. Also has a BBQ which was a bonus."

"Lots of character. The unit was very clean. Has everything you could need as a family. Location is fantastic and backs onto the beach. 10 min drive from town. Paul is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back to stay next time we're in Napier. "

"Shayla was so accomodating! Great communication and done everything possible to make our stay comfortable! She even sent her husband over to fix the gas for the hot water at 12am (he was there in 5 minuets)! The little goodies were a lovely touch too, the only thing i could reccommend is getting a couple of oven trays (you guys had everything else but that)! We will definately be booking here again in future, thank you again so much for everything - Jess."

"The property is across from the ocean and just down the street from the aquarium and restaurants. Was a bit disappointed some parts of the property need to have some maintenance done, the tub is pealing and needs to be replaced or fixed. The other bathroom has gaps around the bottom of the door and around one side. So a cold breeze blows in while you are trying to shower. Also the hot water only comes out as a trickle where as the cold water comes out full blast. Have long hair was hard to...
