Napier Sea Views is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Napier holiday house in Ahuriri, just a 2 minute drive or 20 minute short stroll into Napier City. With stunning sea views, this modern holiday house offers a comfortable escape for up to 6 guests... Enjoy this great location right across the road from the beach.

This 2 storey Napier holiday house includes open plan living with ample room for your group to relax upstairs... The conservatory is an ideal space to soak up the sun and take in the fantastic harbour views!

Bedroom 1 at this Napier accommodation is situated upstairs with private deck access, and includes a queen bed plus an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, bedroom 2 is also fitted with a queen bed, and bedroom 3 is fitted with 2 singles, which can be joined to make a king sized bed on request.

A family bathroom completes the indoor set up at Napier Views.

Outdoor BBQ and seating area on the upper deck provides a great sunny spot for dining, drink or nibbles, while taking in the spectacular views.

Internal access between the 2 levels is by lift only, there is also external access between the levels via a set of stairs. An internal intercom provides easy communication between floors and also doubles as a monitor for infants.

This is the place to be in Napier. You can totally relax and take in the ever changing view, enjoy watching the cruise liners, seals and bird life from the conservatory and decks. There is also an array of restaurants and shopping in Ahuriri village, including a new boutique cinema, playground for the kids and also popular swimming beach all within short walking distance.

Internal access is via lift only or external access via stairs.Intercom system installed between floors which doubles as monitor for infants if required. When there are two people staying in bedroom 3, the two single beds can be pushed together to make a larger double upon request. Please enquire with our support office in advance. Please note there are two security cameras at this property, placed at the front and rear doors. Rest assured that our guests privacy is of paramount importance and the owner of the property will ensure it is preserved by switching the cameras off during a booking.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. Wonderful location in Napier. Easy walk to cafes and restaurants. House had everything we needed. It was very well set out. Plenty of space for our family of 5 Adults. Kitchen was well equipped. Would recommend to others and indeed hope to return for another stay next year.

The property was fabulous with gorgeous sea views and plenty of parking. There was plenty of space for our group of seven. The property has a lift as its only internal access to upstairs. This was a novelty for us, and something we had to adjust to. One of the door keys didn't work so I'd recommend checking that all keys work before the property managers leave you to your holiday. Our group had a great stay, and I'd recommend this property to anyone.

Great property, the lift wasn't too much of an issue for us, and we had young children sleeping downstairs, so a bit of tooing and froing in the lift. You can't hear anything between levels which would be a good thing for most visitors!

The location was fine ,but it all felt a bit mean ,we stay 5 days ,1towel per person(not huge )1 rubbish bag.a very old dusty budget pepper and salt .an broken open old big box of budget tea bags and dry out instant coffee!!!A motel can easily beat that would not take much to fix all this Disappointed

Location is stunning and convenient for lots of amenities. The building is quirky in it's layout but we got used to using the lift between the floors!
