Beautiful spot right on the beach. Perfect for walking along the waterfront. Close to to town; shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. Aquarium across the road. The room itself was clean and tidy and the spa was the perfect way to end the weekend.

It was clean and comfortable. The spa was awesome. Bed was super soft but too soft for us. Two days after we checked out, (we left key in the box at 7am.) we still haven’t received our bond back. It came straight out of my account at check in. In this day and age it should be back in my account within 24 hours. ☹️

The staff went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Service was exceptional and the room was absolutely clean, spacious and we had the perfect ocean side view. I will definitely come back here the next time I visit beautiful Napier. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
