"The front dest staff was nice and accommodating. The room was overall clean but it had an infestation of sugar ants. I know it’s the time of year for them but they were everywhere! We only stayed one night. I only found a few the night before so I didn’t complain. The next morning they were on every surface, the wall, shower, etc. We left early. "

"A perfect getaway location!We had a short weekend away wish it was longer there is so much to see and do in Rhode Island. Jamestown is a great location easy to get to Newport,Narragansett,Westerly countless restaurants and bars to explore even in the middle of winter. We enjoyed the quick trip up to Gooseneck Vineyards and dinner at The Red Parrot suggested by our hosts and were so happy with both choices Check-in/out was simple great communication via email made everything streamlined.The house is clean and comfortable just as the pictures show. Plenty of small touches that make you feel welcomed including a welcome basket with wine, snacks, a coffee bar and even extra amenities in the bathroom for those forgetful guests 😉. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals air fryer crockpot blender etc.Such a great deal less than most hotels in the area, already planning a trip back during the summer to sit by the fire pit and walk to the beach!"

"This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. "
