"This apartment was modern and easy to access. There is a garden area that is quiet and private. The host was detailed with instructions and quick with responses. The apartment is located on the third floor and has 2 bedrooms up an additional staircase. If your party has difficulty with stair, it may not be a good fit. The only issue encountered was parking. There is a paid lot approximately a 5 minute walk away. "

"We had a one bedroom apt here. Enjoyed the kitchen. Steps away from the train station, still very walkable to the Duomo and Uffizi. Host is really nice to wait outside the building to check us in. Only minor issue is sometimes in the night there might be very exciting people singing or chanting. But this may be a common issue for the whole city."

"Little hiccups doing the self check-in as the app use to open the door failed, but Dario was able to fixed it. The area is busy w/ locals. There’s grocery & good restaurant in the area. The room is spacious & clean. The best part is the location at almost everything you want to go is within walking distance."

"We stayed there last september, we were two couples and the apartment was great. We thought it was walking distance from everything, nice little cafe across the street. Yes four flights of stairs, but you are in Europe so to be expected. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Beautiful and very clean. It was an awesome base to visit Firenze. "

"Pros: neighborhood was nice, great location to train station and small, but offers plenty of room. Cons: Owner did not respond to any messages until I was able to have someone call them. Although most of the apartment is clean, the bathroom needs some help. Floor was not washed, shower is moldy. The worst part is that they have bedbugs in one of the beds. I have about 100 bites on my arms, hands, legs and any other exposed part of my body. I am miserable and have been home now for 2 days....

"I was in Florence with my adult daughter. The location of the apartment is perfect. Literally minutes away from all the attractions and sites. Plenty of places to dine in the evening. The internet worked very well. The bathrooms are tight but functional. The kitchen is very spacious and well appointed with everything you need to have a dinner at home. A couple minor things. Buy paper towels/napkins to have on hand because there were none there. The interior bedroom has a beautiful stained glass...

"Fantastic! Within 20 minutes walk to train station and city center. No complaints. Be careful sleeping with windows open at night. Close enough to water and many mosquitos will enter. "

"The unit was perfect for us. It was near the train and bus stations which made very convenient. It was clean and everything needed for a short stay or 5 days for us. The owner was quick to respond to questions, polite, understanding and eager to help. Thank you. There is A/C, fridge, stove and washer/dryer. Our only suggestion would be to write out instruction on how to properly use them."

"This was a really great location. The market and restaurants in the immediate area were excellent. We were walking distance to museums and world class shopping. Good sized apartment with a very functional kitchen. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that can get noisy late at night. But hey, your in Italy and that's part of the experience. It didn't bother us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."
