"We were in room1: 1st floor duplex suite. The room was breathtaking. Huge ceiling height and gorgeous ceiling decoration. Front door has a very small sign, so make sure you know what to look for. Entry via keypad (1 code) for 4 doors to our room. Beautifully decorated hotel. Bathroom had double sink & bathtub/shower. The set up had 2 steps to double shower doors then you step down to bath. "

"Awesome apartment in a great Mansion house in a brilliant location in the hills in Tuscany. Downside was really poor internet which you don't expect in the 21st century. Pool was a little cold, the indoor pool was closed which we weren't expecting. No air con here so worth noting that. Nicole is great and very helpful. Overall we loved it here."

"This is the most under rated property in Florence! request a first floor, Piazza facing apartment and your view is spectacular! Never mind the people watching! Worth every dollar spent. Just know that it is noisy at night until around 1am as it's in a very public piazza but you just need good earplugs or the aircon on to drown that out if it was to bother you. "
