"Excellent studio apartment overlooking a busy square just 2 roads back from the esplanade. Big bathroom with hot shower, small kitchen but more than adequate to make tea and coffee and store my wine and orange juice! The bed was so comfy and big with large tv on wall opposite letting us watch Netflix in bed. Electronic lock to front door and door into the apartment meant I didn’t have to look after a key either. One extra valued facility is the washing machine and dryer in the basement for guest...

"Overall it was a good stay. The check in was quick and friendly and the parking cost was good and plentiful. The wifi was OK and the amenities were good. The mattresses were too soft for my liking and the decor was OK for the price. The small restaurant was very handy."

"We had a very good stay in this modern apartment (with access by lift) in the old town, convenient for restaurants, public transport, supermarket and Mercado Central. The building is a bit difficult to locate as there is no name on the outside. There is some street noise from nearby bars on a few nights but this is common in Spanish cities."

"We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and would recommend it thoroughly. The location is great, right beside the beautiful old town where we ate every night in the wide variety of affordable restaurants. It is a 10 min walk from the sea front. The property has 2 beds and also a fold up bed. There is parking and a small pool which is easy to access from the apartment as it is just out the gate. We were the main users of the pool. There is a local supermarket 2 mins walk away. Mark (and Shirley)...

You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "
