This 85m² apartment is a comfy, no-fuss spot that sleeps up to 4 people, with a double bed in one room and two singles in the other.

You’ll have a cosy living area to relax in after a day out, a dining space for shared meals, and a kitchen with the basics for cooking at home. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided, and there’s a balcony where you can enjoy some sunshine and fresh air.

We’ll have the place clean and ready before you arrive.

Just so you know: it’s on the 4th floor with no lift, and since it’s right in the centre, a bit of city noise is part of the deal (even at night). We like to be upfront so you know what to expect, while still enjoying a simple, central, and comfortable stay with GuestReady Essential.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Benidorm, on Alicante's coast, is famous for its beautiful beaches, Levante and Poniente, with golden sands and clear waters. You'll find plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops along the lively promenades. For a quieter experience, explore the charming Old Town with its narrow streets and traditional Spanish vibe.

Beyond the beaches, Benidorm offers exciting attractions like Terra Mítica and Aqualandia for family fun and Sierra Helada Natural Park for scenic hikes. Don’t miss the Balcony of the Mediterranean for stunning city views. Benidorm is a perfect mix of relaxation, nightlife, and adventure.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Av. Europa, 16AC, is just a 1-minute walk.

Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport is a 39-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
