In regards to the house itself, I think it should be cleaned more before guest come in and there should defenetly be air conditioning as the fans do not ventilate what so ever. "We know Alicante well so knew what we were likely to expect. A really large garden beautifully maintained with multiple social and dining spaces is a very rare commodity. The house lies close to the branch train line and some people might find the noise intrusive. The house is old fashioned, which we liked, but in 7 days we hardly went inside except to sleep. We don't like air conditioning so we didn't mind that there wasn't any. It's really all about the outdoor spaces, and they were like sets...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The host was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. When we reported a fault with the shower it was fixed very quickly. The outdoor space is lovely and suited our party perfectly. It is quite close to the town and within walking distance of the beach. A lovely stay."

"The villa was a 5 / 10 minute drive from Moraira town centre. It was a very spacious villa and situated at the top of a hill so there were quite a lot of stairs to enter into the property. The villa was very well equipped and all bedrooms had air conditioning. There was a tv but unfortunately only in German and Spanish but that didn’t really effect us as we don’t watch tv on holiday.
