Ended up here for ourlast 2 nights after our other property let us down; this property was so amazing that we didnt want to go home! Clean, 2 bed, 2 bath, electric blinds, suitable amount of cups/plates in kitchen, good AC, bath towels and pool towels provided. Nice local town

Super clean space, super chill also. It was amazing for us to take some rest. The apartment is amazing, we loved it, comfortable and with everything you need to spend some days. Super neat of the center and beach walking, we basically didn’t move the car for nothing. Supermarket also 5 min walking.

We felt right at home upon our arrival. Clean and nice property with a beautiful view to the see and Alicante harbor at the distance. Jose, our hist was very pre-active and helpful with tips and information. We will definitely come back.

Enjoyed a lovely weekend here! Jose was a great host and helped me when I accidentally left my passport in the room! Apartment and terrace were lovely, clean and comforting! The pool area was quiet and relaxing. wish I could have stayed here longer! I had a bit of an issue trying to get a taxi, but I could have maybe figured out the public transport. There is a supermarket close by (closed Sunday), beach and bars are 10 min walk away. Totally enjoyed and would definitely go back!

Sparkling spotlessly clean. Apartment big enough for two people. Wifi spotty; it kept going off and the manager told me to fix it myself which didn’t seem in line with all the help I got when first checking in with learning how to use other things in apartment (different from US). Pool is very nice but not heated. Grounds are pretty. Close to the beach and cafes but not really close (walking distance) to anything else. Nice view.

Stylish, clean apartment, slow internet

Spent 8 nights there in Mid-November. Modern, stylish black & white apartment with a patio. Automated check-in; easy with a passport, complicated with an ID card. The apartment, building and the courtyard/pool area were very clean and well maintained. Well equipped kitchen. Many closets. TV with Spanish channels + YouTube + Netflix (use your own account). The internet was very slow, streaming services were mostly buffering. Pool not heated. Good parking facilities. Peaceful neighbourhood, grocery store and some cafes within 5 mins walking distance. Nearest beach 5 mins walk and the main beach with restaturants, cafes 15 mins walk.

Anbefaler ikke og rejse her. Højt lydniveau fra en af lejlighederne både på dagtid og nattetid. Vi så også folk udefra hotellet som hoppede over hegnet på nattestid for at bade i poolen. Føltes ikke trygt. Vi rejste to dage tidligere end vi havde planlagt og betalt for men blev ikke kommet i møde af hotellet når vi forklarede at støjen var så høj at man hverken kunne sove eller være ved poolen.

Vi hadde et ukesopphold på Hotel Bali i Benidorm som en stor gruppe, og dessverre levde oppholdet ikke opp til forventningene. Det største problemet var servicen. Kommunikasjonen fra personalet var svært dårlig gjennom hele oppholdet. Ved innsjekking brukte vår gruppe på rundt 80 personer nesten tre timer, til tross for at det var omtrent 14 ansatte til stede. I stedet for å informere om hva som skjedde eller forsøke å finne gode løsninger, opplevde vi personalet som lite imøtekommende og til tider arrogante. De henviste kun til hotellets regler uten å vise forståelse eller ønske om å hjelpe. Renholdet holdt heller ikke et nivå vi forventer av et hotell med denne standarden. I restauranten var det ofte mangel på rene tallerkener, og det var lange køer til maten ved de fleste måltider. Maten var en stor skuffelse. Mye var overkokt, lite innbydende presentert og ga et generelt inntrykk av lav kvalitet. Samlet sett ble dette en skuffende opplevelse på et hotell som etter vår mening er betydelig overskrytt. Vi forventet langt bedre service, kommunikasjon og kvalitet. Dessverre er dette ikke et hotell vi kommer til å velge igjen.
