"Stunning location, quiet area, lovely host and support team. Donata was very helpful. Monica and her entire family were terrific. We had an amazing time, from an immaculately kept pool, which we used daily, to pasta making lessons from Monica and her lovely family. Nothing was too much trouble. "We picked this hotel because the price was fine and the pictures of the facilities looked nice. Outside the hotel looked a bit sketch, but when you go inside, it's not bad. The room we got looked elegant and was very clean. The location is not walking distance to the attractions, but it is right next to the tram stop. We saved hundreds of dollars, by not choosing a place in the tourist area. The tram came by every 6 minutes and gets you to the main part of Florence in just 5 minutes. With the money we saved, we splurged on the great steaks you get in Florence."
