"The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiny (if you are using the toilet your legs are pretty much touching the shower). Very basic otherwise. The lobby and breakfast and pool areas were nice and lots of bikes to rent. "The staff were very helpful and engaging. The breakfast was incredible, and the service and food were excellent. The room was very nice and well appointed. Any issues (air conditioning, TV) were fixed immediately. Enjoyed the roof top bar and the location was one of the best on the promenade "
