"We stayed in the West Tower of The Royal and the hotel room could definitely use some updating/carpet cleaning. We loved the resort grounds itself… the pools/beaches/waterpark/aquarium were amazing. The biggest downfall of all was the staff of the Atlantis. 90% of the staff were very rude and not helpful at all. Despite our love of the resort grounds, we probably will not return to Atlantis due to the staff."

"The apartment was in a good location, a short walk from a public beach, restaurants, and a grocery store. Note the check-in time was firm, which meant we had to hang out by the pool with luggage until the door code worked. The unit was clean and set up well for 2 adults to make simple meals and serve as a “home base” to explore Paradise Island and Nassau."
