"I like the room it was nice but I had to go upstairs which was hard for me with my disability, when I requested a ground floor room I was denied the change without any explanation. The staffing was horrible they didn’t refill the toilettes, towels, and water etc. I love the scenery of the property and the poolsides I really enjoyed it although the staff was very rude when asking questions about anything. Only one male supervisor was nice he assisted me up the stairs and helped me with my suitcases coming downstairs"

"The property is a beautiful oasis in a downtown area. You feel like you are on a separate island but still have city life within walking distance. This was a very brief visit so I would wish to return to explore the amenities."

"Even though you can tell the property is older, the room we had was perfect! We had a full kitchen with a separate bedroom and two bathrooms. Our room was spotless and when housekeeping came through they cleaned up well. The bed was really confortable. The shower is small though. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The pools were decent, especially the one with the two slides for the kids. There are a few places to eat closeby, they are walkable."
