"Breakfast was the same thing every day. Bread bagel sausage eggs orange juice fruit cereal. I had to request a broom and scoop to sweep the room. It was given by the staff at front desk after hesitation. The kitchen had no wash cloth to wipe the counter after use. The towels were changed regularly and given up on request."
