"We had a good stay. Place is good and location is nice and quiet. Felt safe. Few little things could be improved on like the wobbly floor tiling on the balcony and we couldn’t find a plug, bowl or sponge for washing up."

"As advertised. Parking a bit of a pain, but place is right on promenade. Wifi and hot water are great. Hostess Francis works hard ro make sure you are comfortable and it is so nice to sit on living room and watch Nice go by. Noise was not an issue at all!"

"This was a very spacious apartment that was ideal for our family with 3 children. Lots of room for everyone, kitchen with dishwasher, two full bathrooms, crib/playpen, and high chair. Was very close walk to promenade, old town Nice, and restaurants. Walking and grocery was 2 min walk. So central and perfect. Apartment was clean and everything in working order. Would stay here again!"

"Just a perfect place to stay. Fabulously located in the heart of the old city in Nice. Truly just a few steps to the beach and a few steps to the tram. Spacious, with great light, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable. We had a glorious 10 days stay and the apartment truly felt like home.
