"The apartment is in beautiful floral gardens. The swimming pool is fabulous. Location is quite and private. A short walk to the beach, tram and supermarket. Would highly recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it."

"Excellent location for the beach (stony beach below the apartment) , old town, full sea front, shops (5 mins to carrefour with fresh bread and fruit/veg) and train station. 10 minute walk through the gardens to train station and a 10-15 minute walk up to the port/beach. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby too. Good communication from the owner and Giovanna who checked us in. We were two 40 year olds and my in laws (80yrs and 86yrs). "Great location by the Promenade but a bit away from the very touristy old town areas, though still within walking distance. Place was clean, bedrooms were spacious. The bathroom is a bit small, but that's expected in Europe. Having the washing machine was very convenient, although they don't provide detergent. The only negative aspect is not having a place to leave luggage on the last day, so if you don't have a car, but still want to walk around before leaving, find luggage nanny service."
