"On our 2nd and final night we returned at 22h30 to find a faulty door lock so could not enter the apartment. Tried calling agent but no answer just a message saying ti call a certain number. It was the same number so what was the point of that message! So had to find a hotel late at night and had only clothes we were stood up in. "Absolutely LOVED the studio apartment with the most amazing view. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and quiet. It was wonderful to comeback every day from our day trips to this tranquil villa with spacious green spaces and sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Parking space on the property is included which is a bonus. We walked or took the train most days. It is a bit of a steep walk from town to the villa but doable."

She was always a phone call away if we needed anything, which we never did! "Overall we had a nice stay here. Beautiful views and can't beat the huge patio, which had ample seating and lounging space. Unfortunately a few details took away from the value of this accomodation. The faucets were loose and one of them didn't work and the rain showerhead in the bathroom did not work. No toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc) were provided and instead of handsoap in the bathroom, dish soap was provided. "The apartment itself is more than adequate for the price listed. The building itself is shabby and the courtyard that is shared with 2 restaurants echoes with kitchen clatter until late into the night. It's not really a problem if you close the windows. The apartment is well-equipped, but unfortunately the bed and pillows (flat as a board) are probably the worst I've ever slept on. The location of the property is ideal for those who want to enjoy Nice, the markets etc. "
